(ii) There are numerous attorneys with the name of "Thomas Lee" in the Washington Metropolitan Area; (iii) As a policy, all phone calls are returned within the same day. If it is an initial set up, it is not unusual for my office to make multiple calls to the client (in Korean) to make certain the client understands the process from there on; (iv) To our office's collective recollection, our services have never been terminated as a direct result of any lack of diligence in returning a client's phone call.
